How do I know my payments are secure? 

All payments are handled through Paypal.  My Blu Horizon will never actually see your credit card or payment information, we are simply notified by Paypal once the payment has been made and then the link to the download is transferred to the buyer.

Once I've paid for my video when will I receive the download link?

Once you've clicked the confirm button at the bottom of the purchase transaction page you'll be sent to a new page that has the download link at the bottom of the page. You'll see in this picture the transaction information and on this particular transaction you'll see the quantity of each item purchased.  In this case the Honomalino Beach Screensaver was purchased and you'll click on the green download button next to the title to begin the download.  You can download the file up to three times over a span of five days from the first download.

The Video doesn't look like it's HD on your website clips?

The video clips on the site are full screen flash videos and are not considered HD.  You can actually click on one of links at the bottom of the page to see the actual HD videos. 

Exactly what format are the videos in?

The screensavers are formatted in 1080i and are then converted to an .exe, executable file for your computer screensaver.  The videos for the digital picture frames are formatted in a full version and are not considered HD as there are no digital picture frames that have been tested by us as of this date, that can handle/play the HD versions.  All videos for the Ipod/Iphone are formatted to play at the  highest resolution that can be played on the Ipod/Iphones.  We also have DVD's that are formatted as either basic DVD's, HD DVD, and Bluray.  Make sure you purchase the DVD that can actually play on your DVD player.

The video doesn't look like HD on my computer screen? 

Even though the videos are HD they will not show up in HD if your computer monitor is not equipped to handle HD.  The video will still play but it won't show up in HD if your monitor or graphics card are unable to play HD videos.  If your monitor is standard definition you'll see the video in standard def, 720p, then the highest resolution will be 720p, etc.

How do I know if the videos will actually play on my chosen form of media?

We have three free samples for you to download and try before you actualy purchase one of the pay videos.  We highly encourage you to go to our SAMPLE page and download one of the free samples and try it before you purchase a video.

How do I get a refund?

Once you've downloaded the videos we do not offer a refund.  There is no way for us to recoup our product once you've downloaded it and the only issue you should have is whether the video plays on your respective media.  That is why we have the SAMPLE page for you to try it before you purchase the video.

How long are the videos?

The videos for the screensavers and digital picture frames are approximately 1 minute looping vidoes.  Some are slightly longer than 1 minute but none of them are less than 1 minute.  Most of the Iphone/Ipod videos are basically the same length however we're currently developing 12 second videos that can be sent as MMS on the iphones or as emails on the Iphones that you can share with others but at this point they are not available.  We have three DVD's in production that will have approximately 30 minute videos to be played on your Television and each DVD will also include a video for your computer screensaver and digital picture frame.
