The Littlefield Fountain was created by Pompeo Coppini, an Italian born sculptor and was paid for from a trust established by Major George Littlefield.  The video was shot at night showing the main building of the University of Texas and the world famous Tower lit up orange.  There is an additional segment of the clip that also shows the fountain on the East Mall with the main building and Tower in the background.
